Payment upfront before to start to work

In the sketch stage you are entitled to two revisions (adjustments) at no cost. I'm not going to change the entire pose, especially if you were the one who gave me the reference for this one.

If you need an extra adjustment after the second, this generates an extra cost. The cost depends on the complexity

Once the sketch is approved, I don't do more changes, because that means modify the lineart o modify a significant advance of the work (In case you want a change, the cost depends on the complexity)

In case of cancellation, I do parcial devolution based on the progress of the commission. (I'm not responsable for paypal charges)

During the commission process, I will contact you either to send a WIP or to ask any necessary question to continue the commission (questions regarding characters, sketch approval and/or colors, etc.). If I don't receive a response with the information I need to continue your order within a week, I will send a reminder. If I don't receive a response within a week after the first reminder, I will send a second one, for a total of two reminders, spaced one week apart. If the client doesn't contact me within 3 days of the second reminder, the commission will be automatically canceled and no refunds will be issued. The payment will be treated as a donation.

Polemic themes

I can (or not), publish the drawing and it's process in any of my networks, either sketch stage or final illustration, unless the client specifies me from the beginning they doesn't want me to publish the drawing for which they paid. If they haven't specified this from the beginning, I'm not obliged to delete any publication.

The customer has the right to use the drawing for recreational purposes only. You can't use my work for profit or resale.
